I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was breathtaking, right on the best beach in Cancun, and the rooms were excellent with ocean views and a balcony complete with chairs and a hammock. The service was top-notch, from the receptionist to the pool bar staff, making me feel truly welcomed. The dining experience was outstanding with a variety of delicious options, including Neapolitan pizza. The only downside was the high temperatures, but the air conditioning provided a welcome relief.

I had the best days ever staying with you guys! The rooms are magnificent with amazing ocean views, but I must say they were a little outdated for the price. The service was really accommodating and attentive to detail, they couldn't be more helpful. The location is effectively a massive greenhouse, which made it impossible to enjoy evening entertainment and was unpleasant for both front desk staff and guests. The dining experience amazed us every day, although the first time it was just OK. The facilities are so yesterday and in dire need of refurbishment.
