My stay at the hotel was a superb experience. The rooms are spacious and come with a huge jacuzzi tub, ocean view, and even a hammock on the balcony adding to the ideal vacation mood. The service was exceptional, with staff members Avelino, David John, Oscar, and others going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The location is perfect for couples looking to escape, offering a luxurious atmosphere with individual cabanas. The dining was a pleasant surprise with a variety of fresh options. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch amenities and facilities.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were oceanfront, offering an excellent view, but the noise from the adjoining room door was a downside. Our location just above the main lobby and lounge had its perks and drawbacks as well.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was breathtaking, right on the best beach in Cancun, and the rooms were excellent with ocean views and a balcony complete with chairs and a hammock. The service was top-notch, from the receptionist to the pool bar staff, making me feel truly welcomed. The dining experience was outstanding with a variety of delicious options, including Neapolitan pizza. The only downside was the high temperatures, but the air conditioning provided a welcome relief.
